Yes, an out-of-work Batman kidnaps Jane Mary and keeps her hostage on Tower Bridge. (It's set in London.) Spider-Plant-Man goes to save her, but gets beaten. When he's about to fall, Robin comes along and asks for a contract for mechandise. Spider-Plant-Man offers him a better contract offer and Robin pushes Batman off the bridge.
